Easy Money: Week 1

Some of you may remember that I posted early College Football spreads. Well I decided that I’m going to take my 4 “easy money” picks from every week and share them with you.

Week 1 usually puts a lot of quality teams versus, let’s face it, scrubs. You would think that games like those would be easy to bet on, but that’s rarely the case. Without further ado.

Wyoming (+31.5) at Texas.

I’m not convinced Texas will score 31 points all season. Take the Cowboys. I think this will actually be a pretty entertaining game for the hundreds of people that will be watching it. #LHNjokes

Washington (-14.5) vs San Diego State

Yes, I’m high on UDub this season, They’re a quality team, and SDSU isn’t going to be as good as they’ve been in the past. 15 points is a lot to cover, but i think the Huskies can do it easily.

SMU (+9) at Baylor

I think SMU wins this game, but either way, they cover 9 points. This isn’t Baylor of the last 2 years. Get to your basement Bears.

Illinois (-10) vs Western Michigan

Illinois is a good team, Western Michigan is a meh team. The Illini will cover 10

Risky Bets

Penn State (-6.5) vs Ohio

This is risky because you just don’t know how Penn State is going to respond to all the adversity they’ve faced over the last 9 months. I think they win and cover, but you never know.

Virginia Tech (-7) vs Georgia Tech

This is only risky because it’s an even 7 points. If this line comes down to 6.5 before game time, move this to easy money.
